Hi, I’m Kaayla Soliz.
A few years ago, I was a completely different person than the one you see today.
I was living what many would call a “normal” life: married, two children, a dog, a house in beautiful Bucharest, Romania. I was constantly busy, often overwhelmed, and rarely took time or space for myself – to be honest, I didn’t even try. I was always the strong one, the one who made sure everything worked. I simply functioned.

Back then, I never would have imagined the transformation that was waiting for me – a complete shift in everything I thought I knew.

My Awakening Journey

In July 2021, I made a discovery that changed everything:
I realized I was clairaudient. Suddenly, I could hear voices and connect telepathically with the souls of people, animals, and those who had passed on. I had no idea I possessed these abilities — or that I was highly sensitive and deeply empathic. That realization opened a door into a world I had never known.
I began to observe myself more consciously, sharpen my perception, and truly listen to my inner voice.

There was a deep soul connection that shook me awake. It first entered my life in 2007, just a year after my wedding. At the time, I had no idea how deep and significant it truly was.
It wasn’t until 2021, through intense telepathic conversations with him and with a spirit guide — whom I later recognized as my Higher Self — that the pieces of my life slowly began to come together.

Through these two soul-level dialogues, I received answers to questions I hadn’t even dared to ask before.
I was able to release old burdens, move through profound transformation, and — even when it was hard — continue forward.
I began to notice the signs, follow the guidance of the universe, and step fully into self-responsibility.
I ended my marriage and leapt into the unknown, leaving behind everything familiar and safe.
Bit by bit, I became more attuned to the subtle realms — and this opened the door to energy work.
I reconnected deeply with my soul, and from that point on, I began to live from the heart.

The conversations I had during this time were written down and later published in my first book, 1+1 = ONE, in late 2023. Looking back, I’m still amazed by how much I had already written before any of it had actually happened. That book became my closest companion during that phase. It helped me make sense of everything I was going through and held space for my transformation. Today, I see much of it - especially the concept of soul connection - with new eyes. And I know: the time will come when I’ll rewrite it, from the place I stand now.

Instead of clinging to fixed definitions, we are invited to surrender to the experience - open, wide, and without expectation. Fated soul encounters - especially with those from past lifetimes - revealed parts of myself I had buried deep within.They brought me face to face with my darkest shadows. Not to break me, but to bring them into the light - so I could reclaim and integrate them as part of who I am.

Often we carry energies that aren’t even ours - old soul contracts, vows, curses, or bindings that unconsciously hold us back and keep us from stepping into our full radiance. But it was exactly these intense and painful experiences that helped me grow. They peeled away layer after layer and led me back to my essence.

Today I know:
Every connection serves us on the path of awakening.
Each one calls us to see ourselves - beyond illusion, attachment, and limitation.
And that’s exactly what I’m here for: to support others on their own journey of awakening and ascension - so they, too, can remember who they truly are.

Lightworker & Soul Healer

My path has led me deeper and deeper into the realm of energy work, showing me that true healing reaches far beyond the physical body.

For a long time, I wasn’t even aware that I was highly sensitive and empathic.
Over the past years, these gifts have grown stronger — and clearer.
There is so much more within us than we’re ever taught to believe.
The more I opened my channels, the more I was able to connect with my intuitive and extrasensory abilities — and weave them into my work.
I may sense things that still feel distant to you, but I want to gently guide you back to that place - where you can feel yourself again as a sensitive, light-filled being, not only in your body, but in your entire energy field.

The deep longing for something greater has always been with me. I often felt “different.”
Only when I realized that my roots extend far beyond this Earth did I begin to understand my true essence.
I carry memories older than this lifetime - memories of starlight and a deep connection to other realms.
