Hello, I’m Kaayla Soliz – energy healer, spiritual mentor, medium and transformation guide.

Your body speaks to you whenever you drift away from yourself:
Maybe you feel a tightness in your chest, a lump in your throat, a knot in your belly, or shoulders that grow heavy and tense. These are not “random aches.” They are signposts, gently – or sometimes loudly – guiding you back to yourself.
Living consciously with your energy means you no longer overlook these signs.
It means feeling your truth – and giving it space to be.
Sometimes it means simply pausing, breathing deeply,
and asking yourself: Am I truly here – or caught up in the stories and energies of others?
This is where your return to yourself begins.
